Personal Data That We Collect And Process

We collect personal data that you send to ADVANTA EUROPE or that we receive from third parties for purposes that are relevant to ADVANTA EUROPE’s business activities in pursuit of our mission. Our legal basis for processing most of this information is to perform a task in the interest of the company or to fulfill official functions of ADVANTA EUROPE or under applicable national law. It is Bright Consulting’s policy to limit the collection of personal data collected or managed by the Company and to protect its privacy. The Company’s information management practices comply with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and in conjunction with the applicable Bulgarian laws on data protection. In the event of any conflict between this Notice and REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT or any other law governing the disclosure of Company records, the applicable law shall apply.
All information collected by the Company through the Websites is subject to the restrictions set forth in REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT. ADVANTA EUROPE will not share or disclose electronically collected personal data of users to third parties without the user’s permission, except in the narrow circumstances set out in this statement. The company will not sell electronically collected personal data to third parties.

How we use the information we collect

We use cookies, clear GIFs and log file information to: (a) store information so that you do not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Sites; (b) monitor the effectiveness of our Sites and Services; (c) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors and traffic; (d) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our users or technicians that are related to IP addresses controlled by a particular web company or ISP; and (e) help you access information efficiently.

User Content includes, but is not limited to, comments, photos, videos, etc. If you remove User Content, copies may remain visible on cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or saved your User Content.
We reserve the right to monitor the User Content you post on the Sites and to remove any User Content for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, if in our sole opinion such material violates or may violate any applicable law, in order to protect or defend our rights or the rights of any third party. Cookie/Tracking Policy

Cookie Information: When you visit the Websites, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and allows us to help you log in faster and improve your navigation through the Websites. A cookie does not collect any personal data about you. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard disk after you close your browser. On subsequent visits to the websites, your browser may use persistent cookies. Persistent cookies can be removed by following the instructions of your web browser. Clear Gifs Information: When you use the Sites, we may use clear gifs (also known as web beacons) that allow us to anonymously track our users‘ online usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected with these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
We do not collect personally identifiable information about users‘ online activities over time and on third-party websites when an individual uses our websites.

Analytics Policy

Google Analytics: One of the tools we use is „Google Analytics“, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. to collect information about the use of the websites. Google Analytics collects information about how often users visit our websites, which pages are visited and which other websites were visited before they visited our websites. We use the information we receive from Google Analytics solely to improve the websites. Google Analytics only collects the IP address assigned to you at the time of your visit to the websites and not your name or other identifying information. Guideline for log file collection

Log file information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you register on or view our websites, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends when you visit a website.
